1. Prepare the necessary information required to effectively describe a building or structure

2. Apply current technologies and processes to non-complex building design and construction.

3. Demonstrate knowledge of the importance of statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to building and buildings

4. Consider aesthetic and design intent in the development of technical design solutions.

5. Demonstrate an awareness of technical design principles, techniques and methods relating to architectural technology

6. Produce a portfolio of free hand sketches, manual drawings and 3D models in the context of a professional practice
