Description
This module will provide people professionals with the ability and confidence to use standard workplace and cloud applications including search engine, email, social media, word-processing, presentation, database and spreadsheet appropriately, collaboratively and safely.
Learning Outcomes
Use a personal computer operating system, examine control panel settings and be proficient with basic file management commands.
Have an awareness of health & safety issues in their use of personal computers.
Research information efficiently using web browser and search engine tools.
Produce documents, spreadsheets, databases and presentations relevant to the workplace using best practice.
