This module helps the Learner understand the key attributes associated  with creative thought. There is emphasis on the development of transferable skills such as cultivation of a creative team culture and the practical steps in new idea creativity, generation and evaluation.

3. 3.Develop team building skills by working in teams in developing creative ideas.

4. 4. Apply screening tools to potential ideas.

5. 5. Assess the potential viability of ideas using evaluation tools and techniques.
