Professional Media Practice

This module involves a 12-month period of Work-Integrated Learning and professional practice, placed with an audio-visual company. Learners combine experience in the day-to-day operations of the organisation with projects selected to enhance the learners skills, knowledge and competence, and also provide benefits to the company. 

1. Work as productive member of a team in an audio-visual company.

2. Apply learning, whilst working as a professional in the audio-visual sector

3. Analyse and solve real-world problems

4. Develop professional practice in project work - quality, deadlines, budgets etc.

5. Develop an understanding of the cultural impact and power of the audio-visual medium.
