Software Project Management

This module aims to introduce learners to the fundamentals of software project management with reference to Agile software development methodologies and particularly to the widely-used process framework Scrum.  

1. Articulate Agile methods and the Scrum framework for software development.

2. Participate in an agile scrum project.

3. Produce the agile scrum artefacts.

4. Plan and participate in the agile srum ceremonies.

5. Assess and appreciate the human side of project management.
