The Bachelor of Business in International Hotel and Hospitality Management is a three-year full-time programme which offers a broad suite of subjects related to management within the hospitality industry from graduate entry level to the highest level of management.
This dynamic programme gives the learner an industry-focused curriculum which will address both theoretical and practical concepts of the hospitality industry.
Teaching is delivered through a range of practical and academic learning styles to maximise the student learning experience. Lecturers who teach on this programme are highly skilled professionals with many years industry experience.
This award provides graduates with the skills and competencies to manage/operate medium-sized enterprises within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Work Placement
At the end of Year 1 - students will undertake a mandatory 12-week work placement in Ireland. At the end of Year 2 - students will undertake a mandatory 30-week work placement internationally. Our industry Links Office, together with the academic team, will assist students in making the best possible choices for their placements
